Who we are
This site is run by Void Collective LLC, an automotive social club and creative studio based in Jacksonville, Florida. Our design and marketing work is offered under the name Void Visuals. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Void Collective LLC.
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through a form on this site. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you add it
- Your business name or social handle
- The service you're interested in, your budget range and timeline
- Project details, and for some services your vehicle or event date
We don't ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through this site, so please don't include them in a form.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk through your project
- To prepare a quote and timeline
- To carry out and deliver work you've hired us for
- To keep basic records of past projects
We won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Hosting, forms and lead storage
This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Like most hosts, Netlify may log technical information such as your IP address and browser type to run and protect the service. You can read Netlify's privacy policy.
A copy of each inquiry is also saved to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, and we're notified by email through Google. Google handles that information under its privacy policy.
Fonts, videos and social links
Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Videos and live streams. On Into The Void, YouTube and Twitch players don't load until you press play. YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced mode. Once a player starts, YouTube or Twitch may collect information under their own policies.
Social links. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, like which pages are visited and how many inquiries come in. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects details such as your approximate location, device and browser. It doesn't receive what you type into our forms. You can read how Google uses this data or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We don't use advertising trackers. Embedded YouTube and Twitch players may set cookies once you start them.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services we need to run this site and handle your inquiry, like our host and Google, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond, work on your project and keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've sent us. To make a request, send a message through the inquiry form and start the details with "Privacy request." We'll reply and take care of it.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.
Security
The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection, and only our team can access form submissions. No method of sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date below. This version is effective as of October 17, 2026.
